Well since I went from the 8 to 9 on the way from 6 to 10.5 then I can say that your quest is not one that is unachievable if you stick to a rigorous stretching technique every single day (make some excuse to stay in a single stall restroom for 15 minutes every morning) then before you know it (maybe a year or two). I worked for over 10 years to achieve my length change and have now reached some kind of roadblock to further lengthening — BUT I laid off the exercises for several months and that probably has left me at the 10.5 length for a long time — oh pity me.
