So I just found this site recently and started PE the last 3 days I’ve been using the bathmate for two 5 min sessions while I shower it seems to work ok. Yesterday instead of the bathmate I did the newbie routine(5 min hot towel, 5 mins stretching, 150 jelqs, 5 min hot towel). So I’ve got two questions after doing it just once. First is I was a bit tender after the newbie routine. Not painful or anything just I could feel like I had done something and it was tender if it moved around much. It was like that though improving the rest of the day(I did the routine around 1pm) and by the time I went to sleep(11:30pm) was fine. Is this normal or did I over do it?

It wasn’t any kind of unbearable so if that’s normal that is great cause I felt like I really did something lol. With the bathmate I didn’t feel a thing after and I’m the type that when I go lift weights at the gym I want to feel sore the next few days so I know I’m improving. Second question is while it is bigger immediately after pumping or yesterday with the newbie routine it goes back to normal very quickly(like within 5-10 mins) whereas I read people on here that it stays bigger for hours. I am starting at 6.125 BPEL and 4.5 girth so have lots of work to do. Thanks

Welcome and congrats on starting PE brother! You are most likely fine. After a PE session the tissues of your cock should feel ‘worked’ because that is the goal, to stress them with demands for more length or volume and allow them to satisfy those demands over time. There should be no pain! You should be able to get an erection afterward (albeit a beat up one).

Also careful with that bathmate. In my experience it was better to shelf the bathmate or use it as a light warmup than than to really push myself with it. If you focus on manuals you will gains more thorough understanding of what a pump can do for you later.

Keep going and start very slowly and gently and build your way up. This takes YEARS (2-3) so go slowly, once you make some gains it will be clear to you on what this is like, right now the reward of this practice is likely fuzzy to you. It’s like saving for big cock retirement.

Thank you for the feedback. All seems good I took yesterday off and back at it this morning and it seems fine. I understand its a long process to see major results but what is a reasonable time line to see any growth? I am also losing weight now which should help some because even though it says BPEL truth is I am 260lbs and almost all of it in my gut so I can’t really get it measured to the bone exactly just close enough. Think if I lose 90 or so pounds more will help alot.
