A Bit Sore After Routine
So I just found this site recently and started PE the last 3 days I’ve been using the bathmate for two 5 min sessions while I shower it seems to work ok. Yesterday instead of the bathmate I did the newbie routine(5 min hot towel, 5 mins stretching, 150 jelqs, 5 min hot towel). So I’ve got two questions after doing it just once. First is I was a bit tender after the newbie routine. Not painful or anything just I could feel like I had done something and it was tender if it moved around much. It was like that though improving the rest of the day(I did the routine around 1pm) and by the time I went to sleep(11:30pm) was fine. Is this normal or did I over do it?
It wasn’t any kind of unbearable so if that’s normal that is great cause I felt like I really did something lol. With the bathmate I didn’t feel a thing after and I’m the type that when I go lift weights at the gym I want to feel sore the next few days so I know I’m improving. Second question is while it is bigger immediately after pumping or yesterday with the newbie routine it goes back to normal very quickly(like within 5-10 mins) whereas I read people on here that it stays bigger for hours. I am starting at 6.125 BPEL and 4.5 girth so have lots of work to do. Thanks
