If my routine isn’t crazy intense, do I need to take a day off ? , if I’m doing stretching and jelqs in a 15 min.routine,, do I really need down time.

Maybe. Maybe not.

How are you physiological indicators? Are you still gaining? Have you been consistently PE-ing for at least a few months? If you can answer all of those positively then you know the answer without asking.

My own advice, if you are growing, don’t change a thing. If you have great PI’s and are not growing and you have been on a PE routine for a few months, either change what you are doing to something (slightly) more intense, or add more of what you are doing, rather than skip on rest days. When changing a routine, make sure that you pay special attention to your cock and how it reacts to the new regime. If bad, switch back to the old one, ramp down on the new routine or take a rest as you think is right.

Having said that, there are people who will PE on a different schedule than others and benefit, but that really is your call. If you think your dick can handle it, then by all means but pay attention to how it reacts to less rest days.

I’m also wondering the same thing.

I’m sure people experimented with less rest. Id like to try something with regular rest periods instead of irregular.
Like 24 hours in between sessions.
Instead of session, -/+24 hours rest, session, -/+ 48 hours, session etc.

Would be useful to hear experiences from people who tried this or hear the purpose of the irregular rest periods.

74zowee86 answered the question correctly, people who are looking for a set routine to produce set results will more than not achieve maximum gain. You really have to pay attention to PI and adjust accordingly. Just because someone else has adjusted their rest time and had success it doesn’t mean it will work for you. Your member will give you indicators that will tell you if you are over or undergoing your exercises.

I’ve adjusted my intensity from one day to the next because of PI and have also taken additional rest day if needed or change from 2 days on/1 day off to 1 day on/1day off. This is all with the newbie routine and in 5 days will report my gains which will be at least 1/4” in a month. I’m finding out that I’m a less is more guy so I’m tweaking my routine to produce maximum gains.

Hmm, ok guys, I will see how it goes,, again,don’t forget my MAIN objective,and that is to correct most if not all my curve, so the every day routine might be the way to go

I jelq between 80 and 100% , and i know 100% isn’t supposed to be good, but it looks and FEELS like I’m am really forcing expansion.What do you guys think ?
