Hey guys. I recently signed up for thunders and I really like the attitude that people have here. So I thought I might ask a few questions..
I have been PEing before I signed for thunders but not consistently.
I have NOT made any gains and I have been doing manual stretches and Jelqing.
Even though I’m doing these the fact I haven’t gained 1 mm is quite frustrating.
I am from an Asian background and I am roughly 4” maybe a touch smaller and I haven’t measured girth. Is it because I am Asian that I am not gaining? I hope not.

Any advice on what kind of excises or any thing at all would be great. Thanks guys!

Your race shouldn’t have anything to do with your potential for gains. You have to be consistent and do the exercises faithfully. Some guys won’t see gains for several months, others see changes in a couple weeks. Follow the Newbie Routine, slowly adding jelq strokes and time to the stretches. Most guys find that these basic exercises are enough to obtain length and girth.

Read up on hanging. It works for almost everyone who sticks with it.

Hanging is advanced and shouldn’t be performed by newbies. In my opinion you should only hang when no manual exercise works.

I don’t think I can hang because I don’t have time. I do my jelq in the shower. I stay in the shower for about 3 minutes just warming my penis up. Then I jelq conditioner. It’s not bad, like it’s better than shampoo or soap because it doesn’t irritate the skin. I jelq for about 5~10 minutes. Then I warm down. After I get out of the shower I stretch while my penis is still warm. I stretch up because my LOT was .. I can’t remember but I remember reading I have to stretch up. Anyway I stretch with a full twist of the penis. To stretch the tunica? I do about 10 minutes of stretch. I do 2 days on, 1 off. Is this a good routine?

This is good, though shower-warm ups are nowhere near as effective as a hot-wrap or other intense warm-ups. You KNOW when you’ve had a good warm-up.

You use conditioner as a lube?.. Just get the olive oil out man.
