a new routine
I always slacked off on my warm up before starting but i decided to figure out just how important it is. After reading around the forums i decided to switch up my routine.
10m warm up (dip in cup of water , as hot as i can stand)
5m stretches ,
10m jelqing ,
5m reheat , just as hot as before ,
5m stretches then dip it into a cup of cold water for 5 minutes.
I have done it once already and i must say i was way more plump than ever , i got a way better stretch and my flaccid at the end looked larger. There’s got to be something to this whole heat thing , i had nothing but positive pis !
