A severe reduction in size overnight

My usual BPEL measurement including my upward curve is around 8.5. In the early hours of Sunday I managed to fer it up to 8.75 with the ruler pressed in as hard as possible. I have a large fatpad at around 2 inches which makes it hard to push the ruler right down to the pubic bone.
But today I masturbated 3 times day and could only average just over 7 BPEL. Moreover, it takes me a lot longer to get “fully” erect.
Since Wednesday I have started to incorporate more stretching into my routine. I pull my flaccid at full intensity for 20 seconds, and in all directions. My penis becomes very sore whilst doing so, but I figured that was natural. My flaccid is also noticeably smaller, which does not worry me too much since I have always been a grower.

Is the increased intensity the root cause of my erectile problems, and what should I do to alleviate it?

The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

Ease up your intensity like marinera said. Do longer sets that start out with light intensity and at the end to a full stretch at moderate intensity. Our dicks don’t like to get shocked with full intensity right away. It’s much better to build up the stretching force by your sets.

I decided to play with hanging in addition to my regular extending routine that I had been doing for three months. After2 days of hanging experimentation. I woke up the next day and couldn’t get in the extender at it’s previous length. Seems like I shrunk! A two day break and it was back to normal in the extender. But I didn’t even have pain.

I’ll going to change my routine to 30 seconds a stretch but with much lower intensity. Do you think manual stretching causes a reduction in EQ?

I always assumed experiencing pain at the base of my penis whilst stretching signified the stretching of my ligaments.

Up until the change my stretching was more sporadically done and to a much lesser intensity. I guess I operated under time over strength. I will now try and gradually the intensity of my stretching. Do you think the reduction in erection size is only temporary? I’m really nervous about it which probably isn’t helping.

So are you suggestion that with me it is likely only a temporary shrinkage? I’m definitely going to be taking a couple days break just to ease things up but I guess I just need some reassurance.

The pain I’ve been getting is (probably) from stretching too hard.

It is just about 100% that your shrinkage is temporary and directly related to injury caused by over zealous stretching. Before beginning again you want to make sure you are completely healed so take 2 or more days off, whatever time it takes for complete healing.

When you start again you will of course be taking it easy so as not to repeat the injury. PE should feel more good then bad so use that as a criteria for the amount of force you use.

You might also want to try to reduce the amount of times you masturbate per day.

Good point there KFH! It’s better to do edging than masturbate and can be more pleasurable too when learning how to edging good.

I’m going to give myself 5 days worth of rest and abstention to help my penis recover. Masturbating 4-5 times a day probably doesn’t help.

When I do go back to PE I will use longer sets but with less intensity. I can recall quite a few ligament pops, which can sometimes lead to weaker erections.

I know this sounds silly but will I lose any of my gains during the rest period?

It sounds as if you have already lost your gains as your penis is hiding after you injured it. As you heal, it will probably relax to a better size then it is now. Also stop all of that masturbating during your 5 day rest and that will also help with any flaccid size issues.

I know you have squirrelnuts, but maybe in the future masturbating just once a day will also help.

Through light and intermittent stretching I’ve made around an inch BPEL gain in 6 months. I know it isn’t largely due to EQ improvements since my BPFSL has gone up by 1.5 inches.

Masturbating certainly hasn’t helped me EQ, especially in conjunction with the stretching.
