Just wanted to give a thanks to the veterans and everyone else for all of the information I’ve read on this site.

I’ve been interested in PE for some years now and visiting sites like this one on occasion, but haven’t done anything about it until recently. The plethora of information given throughout these threads really gives newbies like me the options, confidence, and enthusiasm to start this journey.

I’ve been at it about a month and a half now and it’s easy to see why PE can be such an addicting hobby. Not only have I been able to spend more time and become more acquainted with a good friend of mine (my dick), I’ve also noticed what could be substantial growth for the amount of time I’ve been doing PE.

I started approximately midway to late March 2016. It is now May 9th 2016. So far I’ve went from 6.25 BPEL to 6.5 BPEL and 4.75 MSEG to 5.0 MSEG. My erections are rock hard and my flaccid also received a boost, hanging lower and fuller. I did not keep the newbie routine for long as I am primarily interested in girth gains at moment due to my girlfriend having a shallow vagina.

As a courtesy to the veterans who strongly support the newbie routine for initial conditioning prior to moving on to more advanced exercises, and to not encourage everyone to jump ahead more quickly and risk injury, I’ve decided not to give the details of my routine in this initial post. If there becomes increased interest, I may share my routine at that time.

Being a newbie, there isn’t much advice I can offer at this time other than try to listen to your unit and feel out the boundaries of what you think your unit can safely handle, READ READ and READ as much valuable information posted on these forums as you can, and most importantly, be confident and have fun with what you’re doing.

Continue with your routine for 90 days or until you stop gaining. Start slow, and build up to the full routine over a few weeks time. Jelq with an erection level between 45% and 65% using a moderate grip, just enough to move blood up the shaft and to the glans. .

Pay attention to your PIs, your penis is trying to tell you if you are over working, or you are in the growth zone.Aim for positive PIs, and steer away from the negative ones.

We are recommending the newbie or the linear mainly because they are tested and proven to work and because we don’t want anyone to injure himself.

But.. there is a big but.. if you are doing something that produces gains safely then, go for it.

The general rule is no matter what routine you are following, if you are gaining never change it until you stop gaining


BPEL 7 EG 5.5 NBPEL 6.5 Flaccid length 4.5. Started Jan 2015 at bpel 6.5 nbpel 6.0 and eg 5.2 flaccid length was 3.5
