As a newbie is it alright if I incorporate it into my newbie routine?

Yes it is, it’s also OK to substitute them for the normal stretch. Just remember, not to pull to hard or don’t do too many. You don’t want to injure yourself.

Thanks for the reception kingdingaling, right so the usual “tug” will suffice. Should I start slow 10reps and only one set and then progress to 15reps x 5 sets or is it ok for me to start out with 10-15reps x 5sets first?
