Acess to DVD training

I have just become member and keen to start but can’t seem to get access to the DVDs to see how it’s done as well as reading the notes.

Any helpers - do I need to do something or am I not probably registered?

I really wanna make sure I’m doing this right

There are no DVDs available on this forum. You probably mean the videos.

Now that you’re a registered user, you should be able to download the videos. As Thunder says in this post, you need a movie player that plays mpegs.

If, for some reason, you can’t view the videos, each video has accompanying still photographs that show you what you need to know. For example: Simple Manual Stretches Video

In the long run you will get more out of PE with your current attitude than do the guys that skip doing their home work.
