Acronyms

I’m still confused as to what nbfsl, bfsl, el, etc. All mean. I tried looking them up in the dictionary type thing but it still doesn’t explain half of the ones I’ve seen being tossed around here. Can anyone direct me to a comprehensive list of what all of these mean?
