Active hangers let’s talk here.
Some random advice I’ve never read on any hanger so far. If while hanging you feel the need to fart, cough, or sneeze you may want to pick up the weights while you do this otherwise it can be quite discomforting or even a scary experience.
So I hang BTC and SD and I’ve been gaining since starting. I’m up to 14lb SD and 11.5lb BTC. I’ve been hovering at these weights for a month or so. I feel like I still get a good enough workout from them that I haven’t felt the need to increase past this yet. I average 3 sets a day, try to hang every day at least once, and this seems to be going well for me.
I don’t know if anybodys had a similar issue. When I started hanging BTC my BIBs skid would hang on the edge of my butt cheeks and that would hold the BIB steady and prevent it from turning, rotating, or twisting. Well as of yesterday I guess I’ve gained that last 1/8 or 1/16 of an inch that no longer allows the hanger to brace against my ass cheeks to prevent it from turning and it hangs completely below my ass. Now I have no way of preventing it from twisting which can be quite painful or even dangerous. Anybody have a solution? I’m thinking about 2 long pieces of string hot glued to each side to be able to hold and steer it like a horse, haha.
