I have played with an ADS off and on during my PE stint and gained pretty good each time I dedicated 3 solid months to it, in addition to manual exercises. I would usually wear my ADS for 6 -8 sometimes 10 or 12 hours per day. Usually I would do my manual exercises, like stretching and jelqing, then I would put on my ADS and wear it during the day.
Lately, though I have been wondering, how is it that individuals are able to hang for 20 to 30 minutes and get gains, but to get adequate gains, individuals usually must wear an ADS for 3+ hours? I am aware there is a difference in the amount of stress applied to your penis while hanging as compared to an ADS, but I guess it is hard for me to believe it is that much different. Take for instance, jelqing. Individuals have reported gains with jelqing for 20 to 30 minutes a day. I just cannot image the stress applied via an ADS is smaller than your hands can give during jelqing.
I guess, like James000, I am asking is it really necessary to wear an ADS longer than 3 hours/day to see gains or is it more important to continue to add stress via increasing length over a certain period of time?
