Additional exercise for length in Newbie routine?
Hey guys,
I have been PEing for some time already with longer and shorter breaks, as you can imagine, did not gain anything but that’s not the case for now. I have decided to try it one more time with no excuses. I remember, that once someone advised me an exercise for length, as an addition/sort of replacement for classic stretches, which I find really uncomfortable. My flaccid member is really thin and even though I am using a tissue while stretching, I feel uncomfortable pain in a spot I grab my unit.
Exercise I am talking about looked like:
- With three fingers grab your penis at the very beginning, just next to the pubic bone, push them into the “fat” and then pull the penis for 2-3 seconds.
Problem is, I don’t know if I remember this correctly, how the routine looks like and nothing else about this exercise. I don’t want to hurt myself but I remember I found this type of stretch comfortable.
1) Is there anyone who knows what am I talking about and could explain me more/ send me some links about this? Both about how to do that and does that work.
2) To the addition - Do you have any further advises about “classic” stretches? How to solve the issue of the pain while stretching ?
