Additional exercise for length in Newbie routine?

Hey guys,

I have been PEing for some time already with longer and shorter breaks, as you can imagine, did not gain anything but that’s not the case for now. I have decided to try it one more time with no excuses. I remember, that once someone advised me an exercise for length, as an addition/sort of replacement for classic stretches, which I find really uncomfortable. My flaccid member is really thin and even though I am using a tissue while stretching, I feel uncomfortable pain in a spot I grab my unit.

Exercise I am talking about looked like:
- With three fingers grab your penis at the very beginning, just next to the pubic bone, push them into the “fat” and then pull the penis for 2-3 seconds.

Problem is, I don’t know if I remember this correctly, how the routine looks like and nothing else about this exercise. I don’t want to hurt myself but I remember I found this type of stretch comfortable.

1) Is there anyone who knows what am I talking about and could explain me more/ send me some links about this? Both about how to do that and does that work.
2) To the addition - Do you have any further advises about “classic” stretches? How to solve the issue of the pain while stretching ?

I can’t really say something about that specific three-finger stretch you talk about. But some general remarks:

Heat is quintessential for stretching. Ensure that not only your penis, but the whole pubic region from anus to pubic bone is well warmed up befire stretching. Maybe a permanent heat source (IR lamp) would help too.

Stretching never should be painful. Discomfortable, but not painful. So you may be pulling too hard or have a low pain threshold. In both cases, reduce the tension and go slower by increasing the tension very slowly until you feel the point when it hurts - and then reduce by 1% back to discomfort but not pain. I think your penis can adapt over time to tension, but the speed this happens is individual. Probably your penis is “slow in understanding” :-)

Another trick I use is something I learned from the TP member Shazaam: inhale, start stretching to the right point, the exhale. You feel your penis give in a little but and you can add some tension without creating pain.

A last word to the duration: I prefer longer stretches to the usual 30 second stretches recommended in the Newbie routine. I think tissue needs time to adopt to a stress (and that’s basically the idea behing ADS). So maybe you go slower but longer in stretch duration.
