ADS question
Need I wear it every day?Or I need some days off? How long per day is proper?

You dont “have” to wear it all day, but its recommended to wear as much as possible, and as long as possible.
Make sure you have no cicrulation cut off though, so take a break every hour or two for 5-10 minutes.
Current PE status - Contemplating Retirement. STARTED - 6.75"x5.25" CURRENTLY 7.5"x5.5" - BPFSL - 7.25"
