ADS - worth the investment

Is buying an all day stretcher such as the Penimaster a worthwhile investment, or do you think I should just concentrate on a routine.

While I don’t have much personal experience with the ‘extender’ type of PE, I can say that there are quite a few sets of instructions for homemade versions around the boards. Perhaps you could build one and try how you like it?

Personally, I would try the routine first, if you have the time.

If ypu want a basic ads to keep you elongate all day get a What-a-Grip. At any local sports store n the tennis section. They’re like 4 dollars

I would say try a routine first. What is the point of buying a device when you can get gains by a routine ? Unless you are lazy of course ;) Not saying you are but there are people out there…
