Currently I have LeLuv’s 2-1/8 inch wide flange cylinder. I have noticed that the penis fills the entire width of the cylinder for about half its length within 5 minutes or so (roughly). Then over the 30 minute session it eventually fills the entire width for almost its entire length to the start of the penis head.

When I bought this cylinder 2 years ago I think there was a longer period of time for the penis to fill the entire width.

It seems to me that I need a cylinder with some more width so that the vacuum will work on the girth for a longer period of time. On the other hand, too wide might risk pulling more on the testicles and causing pain.

Again, I have the 2-1/8 inch wide flange. The available larger sizes are 2-1/4 and 2-1/2. It seems to me that 2-1/2 would be the best choice?

Any suggestions are appreciated.

A couple of concerns I have is that the base of my LeLuv slider extender already feels a little tight sometimes. I am not eager to spend more money to buy a fancier extender like the Hog Stretcher and try to learn how to make the vacuum cup work and so forth. Also sometimes condoms become painful at their base, and I don’t want to have to buy uncommon condoms. Also I don’t want my penis to look disproportionately wide and weird. The BPEL is between 6 and 6-1/2 inches currently. It’s difficult to measure too.

A circular 2.125" diameter tube has a circumference of nearly 6.7"

A 2.25" cylinder has a circumference of just over 7"

A 2.5" cylinder has a circumference of 7.85"—that’s really big.

The 2.125" circumference is nearly an inch more circumference than your EG at the base. Everyone is different, but that is probably enough to work with for actual tunica expansion before the edema sets in. Are you getting noticeable subcutaneous edema?

But you can always get a size up and stage your training by starting with the 2.125 and then going to the larger, if that is your preference. One thing to keep in mind is that as your tube gets wider you have to deal with the base of the tube getting wider, also, which can mean pulling more of your scrotal skin in, and even your testicles can pull through. This is pretty likely if you go to a 2.5" tube with a starting base girth 0f 5.75". So you might need to get a silicone base ring with a smaller inner diameter to prevent it.

My pumping session is around 30 minutes, and I have some edema that disappears gradually over 12 hours.

I use an automatic pump which is repeatedly pumping and holding a couple of seconds and then releasing, so I guess even if the penis fills the entire width there is still the pumping and releasing that gives it a workout.
