I am a very, very badly disabled 49 year old with just 1 working hand/arm.

As I am on display to my carers I would like to be bigger. My problem is that I have been dry jelqing for a good year and I see little or no improvement.
At the moment, I just take Saturdays off, but I did a Wednesday and Saturday off for about 6 months.

Can anyone give me any sound advice please.

I’m similarly disabled, though only 21. I use an ads, a pump, and do manual exercises (stretches, jelqs and edging) My flaccid has improved greatly, and I’m starting to make small gains. I think catheterizing (assuming you do it) wreaks havoc on our units. My ligs have gotten way tighter since my accident; that’s the main reason I’m here. I’ve figured out some ways to do most of this stuff with one hand, so let me know what you want to try. And depending on where you live and what your urologist is like, you might even get some help with the trickier parts.

I am not catheterized and can really only do dry jelqs and stretching, but as I have said, seen little or no improvement. The head goes shiny and tingles when I jelq.

Tingly ? You might want to ease off on the pressure. I use just enough pressure to make my head larger than normal. I believe that anything more is overkill.

Has your EQ changed at all?

How do you feel after? And how long do you feel that way?

I feel no different

Is your problem only that you can use just one hand? In this case you should be able to do most of PE exercise, although your learning curve will be longer, as 7g9 said. Are you mostly interested in length or girth?

Yeah. Just one hand and mainly for length, but I haven’t really noticed any change since July 09.

I am not disabled but I do have some shoulder problems that make manual stretches difficult. To assist myself I use parts of my house.

For example, When doing upward stretches I hold my penis like a normal upward stretch and then rest the part of my hand that’s facing down on the counter top in my kitchen. This way the only force I provide is the grip. By simply bending my knees I am able to increase the intensity of the stretch.

Similarly, for BTC stretches, I get into the stretch like normal and then sit on the edge of a chair or bed.

For side stretches I use a doorway to pull against.

I do some jelqing but most of my girth work is done in a clamp.

I think allnighter is on the right track, you should be able to leverage some structures around you in one way or another. Think about getting something like an autoxleeve, I just got one and it has made new things possible and everything easier.

You can pump with one hand, you can do fulcrum stretches with one hand; you can even do hanging with one hand, using the right device - the RediStretcher, for example.

I do not think I want my YOUNG FEMALE carer to know and as she opens ALL my deliveries, then she would know!
