Hi guys! I have been doing 5 min warmup and constant heat in shower. Around 3 times 30 secs stretches in 5 directions and around 100 jelqs for past 3 months. I rarely do PE more than 3x a week because of privacy issues. I have achieved small gains but i bet that’s just from eq gains that edging brought.
So, do you have any input on how i can processed from this? I’m nit doing really a routine its basically everything i listed above over and over of almost 3 months as a complete beginner.

If your warm is just hot shower then it’s not enough , try the hot wrap to warm up for 5 min,

Hold each stretch for 60sec , Jelq’s add like +20 jelq’s each week (EX; 120 jelq’s this week next week 140 etc. until your reach 200.)

And do this 1 day on 1day off . if your want to make gains you have to be consistent , other wise gains wont come,


Started:BPEL=5.0" x MEG=4.6 .(actually I was between 4.9 and 5 so I went with 5)

Now:BPEL= 6.3 x MEG=4.8 .. :) Final goal = 7.0 BPEL x 5.2 MEG.

I take a shower and then i use very hot water from the shower just on my penis for 5 minutes. It’s not just a shower or is it? :D
What happens when i get to 200 jelqs? That would be in 5 weeks. And no gradual increase in stretching?

When you get to 200 jelqs it’s time for a week’s decon break.

You’ll see what happen and if you gain during decon, you will do the same routine again.

If you don’t gain we can discuss some modifications. Until then, do what you are doing.

Yes, you need more heat, but some is better than nothing, so….. Keep up


BPEL 7 EG 5.5 NBPEL 6.5 Flaccid length 4.5. Started Jan 2015 at bpel 6.5 nbpel 6.0 and eg 5.2 flaccid length was 3.5

I have reached my goal. At least for now.
