AdviceCrtique of my P.E. Workout Plans
Whats going on TP. I’m writing to get some critiques and advice on my P.E. Goals and plans. I am 22 years old and I will be attending college for the next 2 1/2 years full time and some. I plan to commit those 2 1/2 years to die-hard PE’ing in hopes of attaining the infamous 2” gain. If not 2”, whatever I get in that time frame. Right now, I’m average at 6” x 5.5”. My college schedule will allow me to break down my routines into staggered-day regimens. (Also it will allow me to hang while my wife is away.) Please let me know what you guys think. (Hopefully a seasoned VET will give guidance here)
I’ve started a mild PE regimen already just to warm up which includes (in order of execution):
5 min warm up
5 min stretching
30 min jelq
Hot shower
ADS for 3 - 4 hours
When I start class in August my schedule will be as follows:
M-W-F
5a.m.
5 min warm up
5 min stretching
30 min jelq
Hot shower
ADS for 3 - 4 hours
Tues - Thurs
(I plan to be at home these days)
10 min warm up
1 hour Bib Hanging Routine (while studying.. Lol)
30 Minutes Jelq
Shower
Weekends
REST
I also will be doing regular training (e.g. Weight-lifting, running, etc.. Daily in the evenings)
If any Vets view this, would you say this is a good consistent routine for that time period? Is there anything that you would add or remove from this regimen? Please give as much info as possible. All I want is to make my wife SCREAM!
