Afraid of doing PE

If you are afraid to do PE, then I don’t think you should do it.

I am saying that seriously and honestly.

What I would recommend is that you concentrate on erection health and strength. A harder dick is a bigger dick. Those things are pretty risk free. Kegels you are strengthening your muscles. Edging you are masturbating with the goal of keeping a very hard erection for 30 to 45 minutes.

So I would advise that you stick to kegels and edging.

Both of those will help you get a very hard erection.

I personally believe that edging over a long period of time may give you some size increase.

Hey, thanks to your advice everyone. I see that most of you say I shouldn’t do PE. I liked the idea of a harder penis and edging. I’m going to do that for sure!

Light pumping… I’m not sure about that. Just to think of the pressure going too high because of a mistake and the penis exploding or something.

I have an extender, I may try that because it seems less dangerous . Am I right about that?

I think the extender is an ADVANCED exercise.

I would again advise you to just do kegels and edging for about 4 months and see if that gets you anywhere. Just as an experiment. Keep us posted on that!

Are you carrying around a lot of extra fat? If so you can gain visible size by reducing your overall body fat.

I am extremely cautious about PE, I lurked for a year before I decided that PE could be done without injury. I am a pumper, and I feel it is one of the more “gentle” of the advanced exercises. Thunder’s pumpers use very low pressure. If you have a pump with a gauge, you can regulate the amount of pressure you use.

About edging, I have done edging since I remember. I learned very early that the long you last before ejaculating the better it feels. I think now I can masturbate around 20 min. Maybe less. I will try to make that 30 min.

I thought the extender was not advanced because a lot of companies sell them without making any mention to the risks involved. Right?

There are certainly risks taken when using an extender, especially the models using a noose as blood and lymph circulation might become compromised at the constriction point at the glans. You certainly don’t want to rely on companies to mention risks taken using their goods or services. That said, its my opinion that they can be safely used by one with sound judgement.

Wjug17 I think that a lot of excellent advice has been given on this thread, and to my opinion a pump is gentlier than an extender I can pump with very low pressure and it feels very good and relaxing.

Try edging, kegelling and a light pumping routine and that should give you a lot of erection strenght which can lead to gains since you are on the 101% level and when I measure, I am almost all of the time at 95% level.

Then you can try the 1 jelq increase a day method which I think it is an excellent advice.

I was refering that if you fear injury you can concentrate on kegels, edging to obtain diamond hard erections, that is what I am refering with 101% erections. In other words, you can train to obtain the maximum hardness possible and when you feel relaxed and calm with this part of the training maybe you can slowly start doing pe again.
