If you are afraid to do PE, then I don’t think you should do it.
I am saying that seriously and honestly.
What I would recommend is that you concentrate on erection health and strength. A harder dick is a bigger dick. Those things are pretty risk free. Kegels you are strengthening your muscles. Edging you are masturbating with the goal of keeping a very hard erection for 30 to 45 minutes.
So I would advise that you stick to kegels and edging.
Both of those will help you get a very hard erection.
I personally believe that edging over a long period of time may give you some size increase.
