After newbie

Hi everyone,

As I wrote in another post I plateau with the newbie routine at 16’ stretching and 140 dry jelq. I came to that very gradually, in about 13 months.
I had some difficulties in working out my penis this beginning of year so I did a deconditioning period until now (3 weeks).
Actually I’m trying to understand what’s the best method to restart, focusing on lenght: should I change normal stretches for btc stretches? Should I increase the duration of every stretch to 1’30”-2’?

Now: NBPEL: 16cm (6.3); BPEL: 17,5cm (6.9); MSEG: 12,0cm (4.7)

Goal: NBPEL: 17cm (6.7); BPEL: 18,5cm (7.3); MSEG: 12,5cm (4.9)
