I’ve been trying a new routine since April 1Th.
The plan was to stick with it until July 1Th and then measure.

Had myself some sex today with my girlfriend and she was on top. There was a serious problem getting it in. And all the time she talked about
How big it was. So after, I just had to measure my girth and to my surprise it was almost 6 inches. 5.8 or so.
The thing is, I don’t measure girth, at all. It has never been a problem for me and I’ve been aiming for length.
I do remember measuring it a year back and I think I was around 5 then. I just had to measure my length too while I was at it and
Noticed a 0.5 cm growth. Not much, but I’m happy.

My routine looks like this:

During the day I wear a silicone sleeve to keep it stretched all day long.
I take a break every 2 hour or so and do some light stretching.

When I come home from work I do my stretching routine.
30 sec holds in various directions.
Sometimes I throw in a few A and V stretches too.
I try to use a lot of heat.

I finish of with 10 min wet jelq and 10 min pumping. I do that 3 times. Making it a total of 30 min.

In fact I am a little offended that you think this is not much. The 0.8 inch gain in girth is even more incredible!

Andy, he said cm, not inches which means he gained 0.2 inches in length. Although any gains are good gains especially when his girth increased like that. Rentor congrats on your current success.

I’m gonna keep working on my length.
I’m almost 7 * 6 now and the girth kind of makes it look short.
Think I’m gonna cut back on the jelqing and pumping, do more stretches.

Sorry about that, it was my mistake. Any how it is still a nice gain.

10min wet jelq + 10min pumping = 20min x 3 = 60min(1hour) Correct? You do that 3 times a day? That would probably explain your big girth gains.

Had same thing happen initially even when I was using mainly stretches. Some length gains recently did occur, even though I started doing more jelqs and fewer stretches?

Yea, my bad. I said 30 minutes. It’s 60 min.
I don’t do it everyday. 3-4 times a week or so.
Stretching I try to do everyday, though it keeps messing with my EQ and I have to watch that.
