Sounds like a bad way to rupture your urethra. Infection would be inevitable, probably need surgery and definitely anti biotics.

Wow buddy, researching from 8. When I was 12 and experienced natural growth I thought there was something wrong with me as in the change rooms I was the only boy whose cock was hanging large. I was embarrassed and hid myself when changing. It wasn’t till a couple of years later that I realised I was normal and only at 22 began looking to get a bigger unit.

I’d still recommend being cautious of anything that seems destined to at least cause urinary tract infections. Freaking burns like hell fire.

Holding in semen is a bad idea, also causes “UTI” but there is no way, absolutely no way that urine can cause any damage to your penis. Holding it in your bladder can cause damage, holding it in your shaft for (for too long) can be dangerous.
