Am I Over-training
I am currently stretching (with heat pad on unit) for about 30 minutes in the morning, 30 minutes at noon, and 30 minutes at night. Each stretching session is followed with about a 3 minute wet jelq. Between the stretching I am using a Vac-Extender to keep in an extended state.not using it with any real force.
For the stretches, I pull pretty damn hard. I am wondering if this is too much work? No negative PIs to report though.
