Am I Risking Giving Myself A Curve?
I’ve recently found the seated BTC stretch where I can just tuck my flaccid way back and sit on it for long chunks of time (like my commute, or for the duration of a virtual meeting). I love the idea that I’m getting hours of beneficial stretching every day. However, I’m wondering if I’m setting myself up for trouble as far as having my shaft wrapped down and back for hours a day and potentially creating a curve downward as a result.
I do get some SD light hanging in, and I pump 4-5 days a week, but I’m curious if it’s a thing I should be watching or if it’s full steam ahead.
