Another newbie question.
Its been two months since I started this new routine and after going through this routine my measurements have stayed the same. The routine starts with warming up (5 min) then stretching (10-15 min) and jelqing (20 min).
The measurements are 6 inches (NPB) and 6.7 inches (NPBEL, (not sure about this one just how hard should you press the ruler?)). As in all during I jelqing I don’t feel the pressure on my glans as I did before, mostly I don’t feel any pressure or the feeling of expansion; I use the same force on the grip for these past months.
I am thinking of abandoning Jelqing and starting a stretch heavy routine instead, something like 40-45 mins per stretch sessions. I don’t know what do to, should I continue doing this old routine and be patient for gains, or is my routine flawed?
Some advice would be greatly appreciated.
