Girth routine
I have been doing p.e for like a year now and it has been great
I have been doing the Sadsak slinky exercise for the last month
And it is really effective
I was just curious if I should do a hot towel right as I’m done with them
Or wait a little while maybe do another exercise and then hot towel
I may do clamping before or after them that’s why I’m curious
I have done clamping before
Last year erect length (not bone-pressed) a little over 6” erect, girth a little under 5”
Now erect length(not bone-pressed) 7” erect, girth a little over 5 1/2”
Short term goal 7” by 6”
Long term goal 8” by 6.5”
