It’s a very long story, because I have changed my routine many, many times. I will attempt to give you a bare outline of my PE life-line.
I began - after searching google and discovering a site with free information on natural PE - with very light jelqing (not lubricated) in the shower. I was very scared of injury, due to forum posts I read on a very neglected, sparsely visited, forum. My curiosity got the better of me, however :) . Also I did many, many kegels daily at this point from books I read. (And the website I found with free natural PE information specifically said kegels were very important for good gains, I remember.)
Once I found thunders I went intense with half an hour jelqing sessions and half an hour stretching sessions twice a day, everyday, cold-downs, and lots of experiments with, duration, intensity, frequency, etc.
Sometime around this period I mastered the male multiple orgasm so cut down kegeling dramatically. Shortly thereafter I got lots of discolouration so I was forced to completely stop PE.
After a few months, during which time I focused ONLY on warm-ups, I began the routine again. This routine (below) gave me immediate good health, it felt enjoyable and wasn’t too much time. Furthermore ever since I got around 7 inches length (never fussed about girth), I didn’t give a shit no more so I decided to keep no discolouration and great hard-ons instead of being mindlessly obsessed with a huge dick.
Despite that, this is what has brought me up the rest of the way (in order):
10 mins. warm-up. (tap, temperature changes)
5-7 mins jelqing (all sorts, all lubricated)
5 mins warm-up. (tap, temperature changes)
5-12 mins stretching. (all sorts, changes all the time)
