Anyone with great results.

I am getting a bit discouraged. I mean, thus far, I have had good results. I have gone from a 5.75x4.75 to a 6x5 but I am getting a bit depressed. I can’t see the light at the end of tunnel so to speak. This is mostly due to me having a bad week. Is there anyone on here who can tell me of a dramatic increase in size to increase my spirits? My short term goal is 7x5.5. I don’t have nearly enough time to PE as I’d like. My long term goal is obviously 8x6. Any input would help a lot. Thanks everyone for your kind support.

The “rock movie- style” enthusiasm isn’t the answer. You need to do everyday.
If you’re having a bad week , go do fun things to raise your mood. Then begin the exercises again.

I went from what I remember as 5.5-6 length and 5.5 girth to 8.1 BPEL and over 6.3 EG. :) This took around 2 years (possibly less). Most gains came once I was directed to this site around a year or so ago. Before I found these forums I doubted the legitimacy of natural PE - despite witnessing gains (never recorded them, so I thought it was my mind). Afterwards, I couldn’t doubt its authenticity and so I had the right psychology, and information, to methodically practise PE like I would weight-lifting.

You have plenty time to PE. Fifteen minutes to half an hour, segmented with daily showering/bathing is plenty. Less is indeed more.

You should strive, I think, to achieve a mindset where PE ceases to be Penis Enlargement but - what is around these woods commonly termed - Penis Enhancement. When you feel the urge to PE for the immediate health benefits as opposed to ‘growth’, when it becomes a habit, ironically, you are on then on the right track for good gains.

What was your most effective regimen? Jelqing and stretching? Do anything else?


My Before and After pics -- .5" gain...

It’s a very long story, because I have changed my routine many, many times. I will attempt to give you a bare outline of my PE life-line.

I began - after searching google and discovering a site with free information on natural PE - with very light jelqing (not lubricated) in the shower. I was very scared of injury, due to forum posts I read on a very neglected, sparsely visited, forum. My curiosity got the better of me, however :) . Also I did many, many kegels daily at this point from books I read. (And the website I found with free natural PE information specifically said kegels were very important for good gains, I remember.)

Once I found thunders I went intense with half an hour jelqing sessions and half an hour stretching sessions twice a day, everyday, cold-downs, and lots of experiments with, duration, intensity, frequency, etc.

Sometime around this period I mastered the male multiple orgasm so cut down kegeling dramatically. Shortly thereafter I got lots of discolouration so I was forced to completely stop PE.

After a few months, during which time I focused ONLY on warm-ups, I began the routine again. This routine (below) gave me immediate good health, it felt enjoyable and wasn’t too much time. Furthermore ever since I got around 7 inches length (never fussed about girth), I didn’t give a shit no more so I decided to keep no discolouration and great hard-ons instead of being mindlessly obsessed with a huge dick.

Despite that, this is what has brought me up the rest of the way (in order):

10 mins. warm-up. (tap, temperature changes)

5-7 mins jelqing (all sorts, all lubricated)

5 mins warm-up. (tap, temperature changes)

5-12 mins stretching. (all sorts, changes all the time)

I believe my entire life-line was important (especially my cautionary beginning) to gains as I, luckily, conditioned and de-conditioned myself at just the right moments during the many experiments and changes.

I am wondering if these great gains are from the Newbie Routine, or their own brand of Jelqing and stretching? (I am thinking it is not hanging or clamping in most cases, but a short description could confirm/challenge this assumption.)

I began a month before you, and got good improvement in lenght me too , but nothing in girth.

My routine consist in 30’ of stretching maintaining all the positions for about 1’ and 40’ of jelqing. I have to say I love stretching very much, less jelqing because I have some difficulty in maintaining hardness.

May I ask you your girth train and the level of hardness used?

I have mainly done manual stretches but have not seen any length gains above that first .25 inches of newbie gains. I currently do an exercise which I don’t know the name of, but consists of my gripping tightly before my glans and gripping with my other hand an OK grip at the base and working upward slowly toward the other hand. This compresses the shaft between the two grips and expands the shaft outward. If anyone else knows this exercise, please chime in. Thanks. I do this mainly. I do only the stretches for length. If anyone else has suggestions for length, please post!

I gained around 3 full cm in length and 1/4 in girth, the first three months. I got the rest of my gains after the 6th month. I’ve been PE’ing for 2 years almost.
