Anyone with lengthening surgery

I wanted to see if there was anyone who has had the lengthening procedure done because I had a question..

Since they cut the ligs to let the penis hang out from the body further, what keeps it from going back in during sex?

Scar tissue forms which will keep the penis in place once the healing phase is through. I have had no loss of stability since having my ligs cut 1.5 years ago.

So then basically what you want to do is start with the hanging as soon as possible to ensure the most gains, correct?

Yeah, hanging immediately after surgery is necessary. This is why it is such a bad idea to do length and girth at the same time; the recovery period is much longer and you can’t hang for quite some time afterwards.

I also had the lengthening surgery and lost no stability at all. Are you considering having it done?

Sorry - I just read that you are considering Gary Alter. Have you had problems gaining with PE?

It is not Oklahoma State, it’s a different OSU. I am considering having the procedure done, I have been thinking about doing it for quite some time. PE hasn’t done a whole lot for me. What are your guys’ gains like from the lengthening procedure? Is Dr. Alter a wise choice for a surgeon?

I had the surgery done with Dr. Alter. I do NOT suggest you go through with it. Alter is an honest, respectable surgeon. He tried repeatedly to talk me out of it, arguing that I had an above average length penis. I, like many here, have some sort of body dysmorphia. I had the surgery done one and half years ago. All penile surgeons are inexperienced with what it takes traction wise for there to be significant gain from the ligament cutting. I can go into depth with my experiences but I am saving it for a later thread in which I will reveal all about my surgery/hanging/gaining experience. All I can say is that you can gain an equivalent amount by just hanging without surgery. Period. Do NOT DO IT. Save the fucking 5 k.

I had dual augmentation done by the now infamous Dr.Rhienschild. No regrets, though I would not recommend the procedure(s) willie nilly to anyone. I would strongly caution that the surgery is not benign. Additionally, you have to be clear what your expectation are. The lengthening procedure at BEST can increase your length by an inch on average. <—- And there is no way to predict how much you will gain —- so expect the worst = no gain or with bad luck it may shorten your original length. Often, it is not uncommon to gain only 1/2 inch even without stretching. Also, expect that your penis will no longer look like it did before. After ligament release, the hang will most likely not look natural. If you are willing to accept some imperfections, and not expect a 1-2 inch lengthening as promised, then go ahead. Otherwise, you are better off following the techniques here.

Has ANYONE had significant (1” length or 1/2” girth) long term results from surgery?

It’s not Ohio, It’s Oregon. Was there for too long and the campus smelled like shit because of the agricultural school on campus.

I had emailed Dr. Alter a few times as well and he also talked me out of it saying that absolutely nothing is guaranteed. So I wanted to see if there is anyone out there with true experience, actually having gone through with the surgery, as opposed to people just saying that it doesn’t worked based off of what they have heard of read.

So thank you to those who have replied who have had the procedure, I appreciate your help. I was hoping to hear a few more people had it done and were actually happy with the results.
