Are ADS's necessary for good length gain

It’s not a matter of better of worse, Leobon, but a matter of what works for each one and how a given approach fits with one’ life. Hanging is time-consuming, hard to learn, and will make penile tissues harder to deform. It can give gains - for somebody, better gains than anything else, for someone else not that good. Specific variables are too many to make general statements in PE.

Yeah marinera good point. I think ADs would help, but having a plump flaccid and wearing loose clothing helps a ton. Can’t wait to get a job and get looser drawers and shorts and pants

From my experience, ADS is imperative. Yes, the products are fairly expensive, but you can truly gain quick and solid results with ADS. I purchased a traction device back in October of 08 (I know they are dangerous! but I was new :) ) and I gained 1/2 inch in in a month and a half. I discontinued traction device in Dec. because of the dangers asociated with the noose and found VacADS. I have gained a little less than a 1/2 inch in about a month and a half as well. Jelqing is great for erection quality and girth, but I think ADS is by far the best method for lengthening.

I really wish I could afford an ADS. Is there no other way to lengthen? I wish I had more blood flow, then it wouldn’t be an issue. Is there a better time of day to do the exercises? So that the flaccid stays longer for a longer period of time? Hmmm.

Yes there is. Manual exercises are just as effective, if not more so.

Besides, there are instructions on how to construct your own ADS if you can’t afford to buy one.

I have one like it and I love it. Between it, jelqing and stretching I’ve gained nearly half an inch in just one month.

Don’t forget to incorporate exercises to better the blood flow, otherwise you won’t benefit enough from the bonus length. Just my 2 cents.

ADS is ok if you have the money,but I like hanging more.It gives my lig a way better work out and I feel it working the next day.

Blood flow is essential, great point bigo. You know what I like, kegels. But don’t do too many or your PC muscle will contract for like 3 days straight, and youll be pretty miserable. Like I was.
