Are the effects permanent

Hey, I have been doing the newbie routine for the last month now and seen a few millimeters of growth. If I where to stop doing these penis extensions exercise and routines as a whole will the effects of the stretching last or will it just shrink back down to it’s original size in time?

I am interested in hearing what you have to say.

I would go with shiby916 in saying this has been discussed many times before. In the future, try to use the search function first.

For the moment though, some of your gains will always be uncemented. Therefore, if you gain only a little bit and stop, you are more likely to lose than if you gain significantly and stop. Certainly if you gain 1.5-2.0 inches, you’re not going to lose everything if you never PE again! Gains need to be set in stone.
