Are the off days necessary in the newbie routine?

Im in my fifth week or so on the newbie routine, so far everything is going great. I have noticed rock hard erections, more frequent erections and a bigger flacid hang.
I was wondering if It would be ok to do mabye 5 on days or more in a row, and take a couple of rest days as soon as I notice negative PI?
Let say I do PE mon-fri, and on saturday I notice that my erection quality is not that great and my flacid hang is poor, would`nt it be ok to then take maybe three days of or more when my erection quality is back to normal?

I have one more question. Why is it necessary to wait 3 months or more to start with the more advance girth exercises like clamping? Is it because the veins in the dick gets use to the pressure over time? Thats sound logical to me.

Also, I would like to use my bathmate in my newbie routine. How would you recommend it?
I do 5-10 min manual stretches or 15-20 min of hanging
150-200 jelqs
50 kegels

Should I use the bathmate before or after my jelqs?

You can do more days in a row if you are just stretching, but jelqing and other girth exercises need more recovery/adaptation time, so you need to take the rest days.

The three months is to let your tissues adapt to pressure; for you to get used to how your penis responds to certain levels of ‘work’, for you to refine your jelqing technique (because jelqing is important whatever other PE you are doing), and also because once you start clamping your penis gets used to that level of work quickly and adapts to it, then it is difficult to stimulate adaptation with lower levels of work. It is important to get every bit of growth you can out of gentler work before resorting to ‘advanced PE’, or you may hold back what you are eventually capable of getting.

All injuries happen from "too much", or "too much, too soon" or "doing the exercise incorrectly".

Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. The ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth. Basics.... firegoat roll How to use the Search button for best results
