Hi everyone, over a year ago I PE’d regularly starting off with the newbie routine but, being young and naive, rushed into a very intense routine containing ulis, clamping, and jelq squeezes. This was about 3 months into PEing. I started to gain size for lengther and girth respectively thus I continued to add to my routine.

Well long story short, I over-trained and lost size and developed an issue with gaining erections. I quit and have been somewhat on a hiatus since.

I am back now sitting at 7 x 5 inches, I am happy with my size but am always hungry for more. My goals are to reach 7.25 x 5.25 and to prevent turtling from occurring during the day (though I realize one of the prime factors for my turtling may be the stress I endure at work and/or the stress I put myself through).

Where should I go from here? Thank you!

If you haven’t done PE in over a year, assess your goals and start testing the water with manual exercises. Go for either girth or length and keep your routine simple as well as a close eye on your PIs.

From there, given you’ve had experience that culminated in gains, you have an idea of what you want to do.

My Extender and forward to 10" and balls enhancement project. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm *10* years in and counting. All you have to do is put the work in and keep the faith.
