Back in the saddle

Back in the saddle

Hey guys!

I have been out of PEing for about 2 years! I have been PEing since 2006 though. My stats last time I measured are bpel 7 1/4, eg 5 1/4. That’s what I started out with PEing in 2006. I gained to about 7 1/2 bpel maybe slightly more. Then for eg I gained to about 5 1/2.

I’m ready to be back and start gaining again! Time is my worst enemy so I need to plot out a time that works best for me!

As for my routine. I will be starting up the newbie routine again with a couple minor adjustments. One of the big reasons I stopped PEing was due to flare up in either a nerve, muscle, or some sort of connective tissue in my left pubic region. I felt an immense amount of pressure and tightness which made me stop all together.

Long after stopping PE I still noticed the pressure and tightness. However, stretching out my groin and hip have helped tremendously with alleviating it! Plus, stretching my penis to the right can build up the pressure on the left side of my pubic area.

Thus I have decided to eliminate the stretching to the left and right for me just so I can test to see how it works!

So I will only be stretching Down, Up, Forward. For 30 second holds for 3 rounds possible 4? Quick side question, in between stretches I always let my penis return to normal before I stated the next stretch. I usually waited in between stretches for about 10-20 sec. What is everyone thoughts on this??

As for Jelqing, I will start out with 10 min or 200 jelqs roughly.

My goal is to get to about bpel of 8, and eg of 6. My girlfriend says that I’m pretty long for her already so if I can at least get to 7 3/4 bpel I’ll be happy! But I really want to get to that 6” eg!

Last question. For stretching, What do you guys think of the pirate wenchette the miniaturized version of the wench for stretching? I’ve constructed both back in 2006 but I discontinued use of them. Can I place the wenchette directly behind the gland? If so then I will probably give the wenchette another try! Because I didn’t like placing it an inch behind the gland. I felt like I didn’t get a good stretch with it.

Anyway, it’s good to be back!

Something that comes to mind, viva51, is that if you have found tightness to be a problem and stretching to be beneficial, you might want to consider adding heat into your routine.

For Lampwick, becoming hung like a donkey was the result of a total commitment.

Hey Lamp,

I always do a hot rice sock wrap before and after my routine. Sorry that I forgot to mention it.

Hey guys!

Thinking about starting Mem’s Momentous Rapid Gain Mechanism.

What are your guys thoughts on this routine?

And why is the inverted v-stretch the only stretching technique in the routine?

Would it be ok to add regular down, up, left, right, forward stretches to it?

Please let me know your guys thoughts!

Thanks!

Hey guys,

Any thoughts on starting mems routine? And also adding more manual stretches to the stretching portion?

Thanks!

I had an issue with tightness/pressure in my pubic area too. I struggled with this for over a year. Scared the heck out of me! I tried all different kinds of stretches, yoga, chiropractic adjustments.. I finally found a stretch that worked! This one cured my problem within two days. Check it out:

Thanks man.

But the link you sent me was for Piriformis Stretch For Back Pain and Sciatica. Let me know if you have any other stretches?

Also does anyone have any input on mems routine?

And what about adding other manual stretches to the stretching portion of the routine?

Thanks guys!

Anyone have any thoughts on going with the basic newbie routine or should I try out mems routine?

Thanks again!
