Baloons instead of condoms for pumping?

I had this idea today and I wonder if anyone else has tried using those party shaping baloons instead of sleeves or condoms for pumping or after affects for staying fuller, given the price of condoms I am sure these are worth trying to reduce fluid build up and maybe even as an after sleeve effect to reduce discolouration and all that too.

Wont stay snug at the skin I fear.
