I guess you have to work several years in order to gain 3.5”! Many years of methodical and consistent work. I think there´s no limits but if I were you I would settle smaller goals for now (say about 6”). Obviously this does not mean you won´t achieve your goals but it´s better to know that it won´t be easy.
There are cases of guys having good and faster gains than others.
Start doing the Newbie´s Routine and keep in mind that PE requires patience, method and persistence. In the beginning less is more so do not exaggerate in the exercises.
