I used to PE several months ago but then due to time constraints I stopped. Over this time I realized I am perfectly happy with the length of my penis. What I really want is more girth. At 6 inches long I am pretty sure I’m at the upper level of the average for length. However with my girth coming in at only 4.65 I feel I have some serious work to do.

I’ve also decided far too much emphasis is place on length when the key to pleasure is girth.

Since I’ve PE’d before I am familiar with the newbie routine and understand I’m going to have to do the routine for a while to strengthen up my unit.
However I was wondering if there is any safe way to focus on girth from the beginning. For whatever reason during my last PE stint I developed several injuries mainly involving the veins on the exterior of my penis. I want to minimize the stress on my penis and hope to do this by minimizing the amount of work I do on length and instead focusing on girth.

Is there any variation of the newbie routine that I can do which will focus mainly on girth. I know girth gains are harder and I’m willing to be patient.


Starting: NBPEL: 5.75" EG: 4.75" (widest point)

3.5 Months: NBPEL: 6.175" EG: 4.75"

Goal: Goliath

I’ve learned that if you overdo anything you’ll stunt your growth… especially initially. Do a light newbie routine and see how you respond. Light meaning jelq with a firm, but not crushing grip and stretch 10 min or so. Do that for a few months adjusting every now and then to see how your dink responds. After a few months try clamping.

I know Ulis are good for girth. But I am not sure if those are ideal for newbies, you may want to look into them. I have heard of Horse 440s…I think those are for girth, but I am not sure. Your girth is bigger than mine so don’t feel all that bad. :)

Make sure you are 100% satisfied with your length because gains going the long way are easier when your penis is thinner.

Agreed, take it slow. Lots of guys find they get the best length and girth gains from simple jelqing and stretching, no need to get all complicated. Marinera(sp?) I believe has a slightly different version of the newbie routine you could look at.

Shortly said: “No.”; well, let me emend: the only way I know is to do only jelqs, because this is an “All in one” exercise, you know like Clean and jerk in weight-training.

But beside that, doing both stretches and jelqs is the way to go for newbies, because these techniques have a synergistic effect.

Being satisfied with your lenght is a sign of wisdom, seriously, all these members saying “I’m 7.5” bp and I want to add at least another inch” can skew perspective on the real world. So you deserve congrats for that. But I suppose also that if you are obliged to gain another 1/4” in lenght before focusing on girth this ccan’t be so much harming. :)
