What are the best exercises for increasing erection quality?


Starting Stats - 5.5 BPEL x 5.6 EG

Current Stats - 5.7 BPEL x 6.5 EG

Goal - 7 x 6 (with hopefully a large flaccid hang)

Pumping. However it’s very easy to overdo and damage your EQ.

Actually its erecTILE Qualities. AND the best one is ANY Pe done properly.

Time and time again, you will read guys that are using PE (properly) where they have figured out THEIR proper ratio of stimulus to recovery, and they will report EQ that goes through the roof. That could be any form; hanging, jelquing, pumping, stretching, clamping etc.

When you have the right rest to stimulus, your EQ will improve dramatically, at least in most cases. Conversely, if you are either doing too much or too little, you either don’t change it much (too little) or crash it (too much).

Same goes for kegels. Get the right amount, it will greatly enhance EQ, do too little or too much, again it will either not really make a difference or can crash your EQ.

So, actually, this is good news. You can use your EQ to help design a proper program for you. That is the main purpose of my EQ thread.

That said, I think most beginners are best served mastering jelquing before moving on. AND if you master it, you won’t NEED to move on.

Erection quality is far more commonly used than erectile qualities, that is why I assumed that was the correct one.

I did used to pump but with just a slight girth increase became a bit too big for the cylinder.

Yeah, drives me f-in nuts because it leads to a misunderstanding that totally undermines the purpose of EQ. It crept in early and grew very strong roots that seem beyond my ability to correct at this point.

I think you can do both with a program that starts with a modest amount, and slowly ramps up over time, like weeks and months.

Too big for the cylinder? Good problem to have!

I personally like water pumping, but for newbies, jelquing is a great, free method.
