Girth seems to come relatively easy for me. Length I’ve been having problems with. Can’t say I have tried for a very long time, and I know gains might not come easy. But what do you guys think the best methods for gaining length is?
In the beginning stages of your PE journey, stretching is key to length gains. Stay all manual in your first months, concentrating on technique and safety. As you become familiar with your limitations, slowly begin to push these limitations. There are several stretching methods that have been developed that concentrate on different sections of the penis. These different sections such as the tunica, and the ligament sections both provide gain potential. Step 1, find what sections to concentrate on. Step 2, learn the relationship between the pc muscular system and the penis anchoring mechanisms. For instance, flex your pc muscle, then release. During the release (relax pc muscle) stretch the penis in a more downward fashion. The relaxation of the pc muscle allowed you to isolate the suspensory ligament and give it just a little bit more of a stretch. Stretch smart, and stay dedicated.
