Best thing to do after a newbie jelq routine

What should I do after I finish jelqing? I already end with a hot warp but should I maintain an erect penis for a duration of time after my jelqing session? Should I edge? Would any of this be beneficial?

As a noob the only thing you can do is edge and ejaculate if you want. Everything else like clamping or heavy finishing girth work will hurt you if you’re not ready. Walk before you run the iron man, buddy.

Isnt edging and ejaculation right after jelqing not so good for pe?

I heard something similar. That somehow it isn’t good to ejaculate just after jelqing or any other way of PE.
