Bibs theory

Just read bibs theory ( this place is brilliant ) I lose tugback at between 9 and 10 o clock is this good if so how do I achieve the so called quick gains

I’m assuming you’re referring to the LOT theory? Forget about it It was thought to have some relevance for hangers, but has pretty much been completely discredited.
