About 3 weeks to a month or so ago (maybe less.), I finally became serious about PE. It was one of the few aspects of my life that I felt like I had no control of (penis size), but I finally decided enough was enough and decided to give it a shot.

At first I didn’t notice much. My hanger attempts hadn’t failed but it was sketchy and a big hassle since it was so tough to get on and off and having roommates and such. I read someones thread about how they just jelqed and had awesome gains and went for it.
Well besides a little bit of stretching and a good bit of jelqing, that’s all my routine has consisted of. In just a few weeks I’ve added 1/4” of girth! I’m stoked. I’m getting to the point where jelqing is tough because getting my fingers around is difficult. And probably the biggest boost in confidence was when my girlfriend stopped and asked me, “Would you like me to use two hands or one?” BOOM! I was blown away.

Some of you naturally larger guys will never know what that kind of improvement is like but it was a huge ego boost.

Here’s what I’ve been doing though: light jelq to warm up, more rigorous jelqing after and also when I’m almost completely or completely hard, hot shower and some stretching.
I noticed when I first began I was getting red dots everywhere from jelqing. This isn’t really prevalent anymore, and I think the saying “you have to learn to crawl before you walk” sort of explains that. My penis had to adjust to the additional stretch before it could begin to make gains and such.

Just wanted to share my joy!
Coming from someone who thought they were stuck with a below average dick to becoming above average and continuing to make headway-newbies if it worked for me it’ll work for you! Just don’t forget to rest too-that’s where the magic happens.

Just out of curiosity by two hands is she referring to length, girth or both. :3

Nothing so encouraging as a new member that sees improvement. It can be EQ or actual increase in size. When you get that gain or compliment, that’s all it takes to get hooked!

Thanks for the support everyone-hopefully these gains won’t slow anytime too soon. But even so the EQ and hardness is a world of difference. I feel like doctors should be recommending PE!

Well I still have a long way to go but before I was a generous 6” and now I’m at about 6.2 to 6.25”.. I don’t measure my length as much because I’ve focused a bit more on girth. I went from 5” to 5.25”. Though it may not seem amazing for a couple of weeks of work I’m thrilled!
So my stats are sitting at 6.25” x 5.25.”

I jelq for 2-4 days before I take 48 hours off from the last time of jelqing. I don’t normally warm up with heat, I actually use both hands and roll back and forth like it’s play-doh sometimes as a warm up. It works fairly well to be honest. Then I usually do ten to twenty light jelqs and proceed to increase intensity. I do up, down, away, reverse grip, regular. I count 1-2-3-1, 1-2-3-2 and so on. And usually I keep it under 150 jelqs. I like to jelq anywhere from halfway erect to almost completely erect; however, this requires me to be more careful. Finally, I usually stop after it feels a bit tender and proceed with a warm shower. It’s sort of like weight lifting: you can tell when your muscle has been fatigued enough and working it even more could be more harmful than helpful!

My fingers hurt when I jelq sometimes, that means I’ve gained girth.

I’m not feeling pain when I’m jelqing, but I do notice that if I do my left hand repeatedly (especially reverse grip) that it can cramp easier. If you’re experiencing anything like a charlie horse make sure you’re taking vitamins. If it’s a soreness like the muscles then they just need to adjust to the increased strain.

As someone who lifts weights with great frequency, I’ve found it interesting that even though I have great grip strength with each hand, when it comes to jelqing my left hand just doesn’t squeeze as effectively as my right.

Two hands for a 6.25” long dick…ah the joys of dating women instead of men :) . Congrats though, great story.
