I PE on and off as I feel like it (so probably every other day) with full-erection jelqing and regular streches (rotary, down, left, right, out), as well as doing some BC muscle exercises. I also do an exercise of my own devising, wherein I get a full erection, then push my penis down, then let go. That whole thing takes about half a second, so it’s a quick motion, designed to elongate my ligs. I also do a thing where I kegel and then do a manual clamp for about thirty seconds.

When I started I did regular jelqing. I got the red spots and such, but that all disappeared within a month or two. I kept jelqing, gradually working my way up to full-erection. During this time I also did the manual clamping. Around December I started doing kegels and the aforementioned quick-release exercise. Around a month ago I started doing the streches.

I have never had an injury - no donuts, no thrombosis. The worst thing that happened to me was I was trimming my hairs and snagged some skin on my penis. It didn’t hurt, but when I was doing the manual clamping my penis burst and bled a VERY tiny bit along the shaft. I stopped for two weeks and everything’s been smooth sailing from there.

I do all of this in the shower. For lube I use Dove soap.

I started out October 31 as a 5x4.5 BPEL, and now I’m a 6.5x5.5 . My question is, when is enough enough? I think my girth is pretty good now, but I’m worried that it will become too big and that I will be unable to perform oral, or that vaginal penetration will be uncomfortable.

My questions are these:

1) Is the disappearing of the red spots normal? Now I can full-erection jelq without any spots whatsoever. I get no numbness or anything, and now I find myself getting many unwanted public erections - I seriously doubt that my sexual function is impaired.

2) What is the common consensus for girth? I’m aiming for 8 length, but I’m worried that in the process I’ll get too thick. Like I said I want to be able to receive oral, but also be thick enough where I surprise my partner in bed when we have vaginal sex.

3) What exercises do I need to do to gain length after I reach my optimal girth? Or, should I do exercises that put more emphasis on length than girth? I have a feeling that any exercise I do will also end up in girth gain, so that if I do length exercises after I reach my optimal girth I’ll go over and be screwed.

4) With regard to stretches - if I only did stretches, would it negatively affect my girth? In other words, would my penis also get thinner as it got longer?

In short - I want to be 8 length and whatever is optimal for girth, for oral but also very pleasurable vaginal.

Well great results so far. I think your girth is close to ideal. You will read that ideal girth for most is 6in. So it is up to you how big you want to go. As for length I would definetely recommend another inch. You also have to remember that your gains probably arent cemented yet. So once you stop, you may be vulnerable to losing some volume.

The red spots were probably due to an increase in capillary blood fill, which will results from heavy jequing. More capillary pump equals more girth. Stretches of all sorts are great for length as you know. Your routine sounds solid, so I would stick with, once you have reached optimal girth then just retract any girth excercises until you feel that you need them again.

Well, I guess that my idea of what would be big enough might be too big or small for a woman. I am looking for a happy medium between being able to get oral and being able to bring it when it comes to “regular” sex, and I figure that some people might know. I could care less what size my cock was if I was jacking off all the time, but I’d also like to look out for my partner’s pleasure.

Bird’s correct.

As you gain further, you have to gauge how it’s going for you. There is a point at which wide girth does begin to interfere with some forms of sex, like blow jobs. If they start getting a little toothy on you, maybe quit there. In my experience of PE, length may fluctuate some when you stop PE , but girth is difficult to get rid of once you’ve gained it.

Go for 8x6 to be safe, nearly every woman can handle that.
