Congrats on the gains.
There are some scales that have electrodes on them. You step on them barefoot and they give you a rough approximation of your bodyfat %.
For example, ~ this one (random google result).
Don’t rely on it too much. Just use it to track differences.
Gross exaggeration: If it says you have 300% bodyfat, you obviously know that it is wrong.. But if you can get it to 298% you know, even though it is wrong, that you have successfully lost 2%!
Regarding 6.5 NBPEL.
You started with 5 NBPEL so I think it is possible. I think you could even go up to 7 NBPEL.
A 1 inch gain is common. A 2 inch gain is.. doable but takes a lot more effort. Anything beyond that is just unrealistic and you need lots of luck.
Thats why I think you can go up to 7”, if you put the time in (time = 2-3 years!)
I notice that you also use the metric system so I assume you are european:
6.5” is ugly.
7” is 18cm..
18cm is nice!
Aim for 18cm!
