I have a question please answer me

Is this possible that after a weight loss your BPEL and NBPEL were be same in size are not .

I think it’s possible if your body-fat percentage is very very low.

Thank you bro and I m trying my best to lose all fat pad but its very hard :)

Never the same size (you’d need to be at 0% bodyfat which would mean you’re dead…lol), but some guys can get it down to 0.25” or slightly less. Average though does seem to be in the 0.5”-1” range, give or take 0.25”.

But that is possible to lose pubic area fat and decrease it to 0.25” :)

Unfortunately for most people, belly fat is the last and most difficult to reduce.

Anything close or under 3% body fat is life threatening, be careful.

But I hear that some people have BPEL and NBPEL are same I have a friend and his BPEL and NBPEL are same so thats why I ask that question that I think it is possible with low belly fat and through fitness exercises…… and by the way thanks for your advice bro :)

When I started PE I was at 18% body fat after about 3 months I’m currently at 12% and I feel like I’ve lost some of my fat pad giving me more gains to my BPEL and NBPEL

I think it is not possible for BPEL be the same as NBPEL. At least, I wouldn’t recommend that. Even I have 1 inch fat pad and I have abs, nothing special though :D

There will always be at least a slight difference. Hard to compare versus somebody else since we don’t all carry fat in the same distribution.

People also lie. Likely if they are skinny they still have 0.25” but are rounding up anyhow. Take anything anyone says about size with a grain of salt…otherwise the actual world average would be at least 8”…

I am just the person to ask.
I have set out to reduce my fat pad.

Originally I was about 90 kg | 198 lbs.
I lost a ton of weight over the months. My goal was 75 kg | 165 lbs.
I am now sitting at 72 (+-1) kg | 158 lbs.

Initially, my BPEL & NBPEL difference was about 1 - 1.1”.
Right now, its slightly less. In the range of 0.7 - 0.8”.
As you can see, even though I have lost tons of weight, the difference is still kinda huge.
I was expecting to reduce the difference down to the range of 0.25 - 0.5”
I pretty much gave up on that since I don’t plan to lose any more weight.
Its not worth it for me. I don’t want to start looking anorexic xD I got some muscles to maintain too :P
All I can do now is to gain for both xD

Edit: I’m not sure if I remember correctly but I think majority of the fatpad “loss” came when I entered the 72 - 77 kg | 157 - 169 lbs range.
I heard that fat pad loss happens when all the other fat is lost already.
Furthermore, I am not sure, but perhaps the low abdominal exercises I have been doing might have attributed to it.

Great job ehlolol :) dont give up maintain your erxercise I hope you will lose more fat pad :)

By the way My weight is 65 kg and i think my bones are not heavy but i have fats And also my weight increase from 60 to 67 but Now I m 65 kg and I m working on it to loss all my fat but how u people know that percentage of body fat

Also I started my P.E with a length of BPEL 5.5” and NBPEL 5” And now after 3 months and 20 days my current size is

BPEL = 6.25”

NBPEL = 5.5” So thats why i want to loss my fat to reach 6” NBPEL and I still doing my PE exercises but i want to hit 6” NBPEL so thats why i m asking is this possible that i hit my goal and I dont want a huge gain If I reach to 6.5” NBPEL so I will be happy forever and I will be very very thankfull to you peoples pls give me reply …….
