I guess I’ll just chill until the ache goes away. But, damn, I have sex every 2nd or 3rd night, and I edge the whole time so I can make sure to go for a while. The edging during sex makes me a little sore, so I’m not sure if it’s the PE routine or just withholding ejaculation during sex?
I know I saw some girth gains, and I haven’t gone over more than 150 jelqs per session. Maybe they are very quality jelqs? I’m not sure. I am assuming manual stretching is still cool during a rest period?
I do believe the jelqing works for girth for sure. So, I know, marathon, not a sprint. EQ and performance is still #1 in my book. So, I’m still trying to figure out if I just should do 50-75 quality jelqs and manual stretches, and leave it at that? I’ve read more than once that less is more.
I’m still trying to figure it out. At 5.5” girth already, I’d like to add more in the length department without losing girth. All beatdowns, er, suggestions are welcome.
