Don’t give up yet, sppc9876!
I myself have been PEing for about 16 weeks now (current cycle) and I did not start to see any “proven” gains until one week ago; other fellow PEers don’t even start seeing gains before they hit the six-month-mark - absolutely nothing unusual about that.
Like you, I am currently wet-jelqing for 15 minutes a day. Keep using the slow strokes as you describe it, they are providing the best intensity for your workout.
You say that the newbie routine as you perform it gave you a veinier and thicker-looking dick. And that’s a good indicator for you being on the right track. I for my part like ti think of the newbie-routine as a conditioning program, you know, getting your unit used to the workouts, the way you handle it when PEing etc rather than a serious length- and girth-exercise. For some, gains come right after two weeks which is a nice bonus but others just need to accustom themselves longer before they start gaining. You might be one of the latter.
I repeat: Don’t give it up yet - and don’t be desperate about PE. Try looking at it in a fun way - a nice hobby or a strange experiment, something along these lines. Don’t measure every week. Don’t measure every month. Measure like every three months if you’re a slow gainer (like myself). Anything else is likely to put a bit of pressure on you. But that’s not what PE is supposed to be all about for you or anyone else.
I hope this helps you a bit.
Cheers!
Wally
