Can I get some advice please

After starting PE about a year ago I picked up on jelqing and stuff but now I use a ring and put it over my flaccid penis then it gets rock hard and then I use a warm towel and keep it warm through out my jelq.


Starting stats-->6.5" BPEL 4.75" EG

Current stats--->7.5" BPEL 5.5" EG (5 weeks after starting PE!)

Goal---->8" BPEL 6.5" EG

So what do you want advice with?

It depends how hard the ring is on. I believe if the ring makes you have a 110% erection (the one where all your veins our popping out) you should only keep it on for 10-15 minutes maximum or any negative signs to your penis. This is also known as clamping.

I use rings and they are perfectly safe. Your situation I believe jelqing when your more than 80% can damage the penis so I would watch out. Then again I do not know what your EQ level is so your going to have to explain more. I hope you found this post insightful.

Jelqing whilst rock hard is a bad-bad thing.

It’s not really a jelq. While the ring is on I’m pretty hard but then I just squeeze a bit to make it harder for 3 seconds then let off

That would be a Uli, Sir, and a damn effective excecise. You can’t go wrong with squeezes, but maybe holding the squeeze longer then 3 seconds would be more effective.


Now: NBPEL = 6.4 MSEG = 5.3 BEG = 5.75

Goals: NBPEL = 7.0 MSEG = 6.0

The thing is.. Do you know what you are doing? Because it seems you’re kind of experimenting with your finest instrument, which can be a bad idea. I say ask around more and give more details about your workouts. I personally think what you do is quite dodgy.
