Do the dam newbie routine. Just stick to the newbie routine, rest days and all. No clamping, no two hour jelq sessions, no hanging heavy stuff from your dong, none of that.
It is there for a reason. That reason is because the vets got sick of people asking “OMG I JUST WANT TO GAIN 7 INCHES IN TWO WEEKS SO I CAN MANDINGO SLAM THIS GIRL I HAVE A CRUSH ON! WHAT SHOULD I DO?” and they put together a well rounded routine that will help you acquaint yourself with PE while also giving you some nice gains.
