Can I skip jelqing and go onto stretchers?

Can I skip jelqing and go onto stretchers?

Am starting out with PE. I am wanting to skip the whole jelqing exercise thing which people say to do as a beginner. I really don’t have much faith in this method as I have read a lot of accounts of people doing this months with very tiny results or no results at all so I think I should move onto the main method that I wanted to do in the beginning which is using a stretcher/extender.

Has anyone done this as a beginner I mean gone straight onto using stretchers?

Is there any stretcher/extender (are they the same thing?) that is highly recommended for results and safety?

Sure you can. You can go straight to extenders gain quickly for one month, if you are lucky, then stop gaining. In the meantime you’ll probably have not really gained an understanding of the anatomy of your penis, so you’ll crank up the extender and continue to not gain. Then after a couple of months you’ll give up PE and tell everyone you know it’s a bunch of shit.

I’m sorry if that sounds terribly negative. The newbie routine isn’t there as something to get in the way or hard work for no real gains, it’s there as a mechanism to gains but PE is hard work. Even those who register gains with extenders (beyond any initial spurt) talk about several thousands hours of extender usage. By far the most sensitive and responsive tools you have at your disposal are your hands.

So, yeah you can but you may find you can’t debug your problems if you do and you might find that you gain more slowly than with the newbie routine.

Maybe a quick review of the far more numerous posts and threads which attest to the efficacy and benefits of jelqing and the newbie routine is in order. There are a lot more of them than those which claim little or no gains.

What you mean by I can’t debug my problems? And Isn’t jelqing and stretching pretty much the same principle? I figure stretching is really doing the same thing as jelqing only in a way more effective and prolonged manner.

I mean you won’t know your penis well enough to understand why you might not be gaining. Understanding the basic anatomy of the penis is a good first step.

Jelqing is very different from stretching. You’d have to get good at it to really appreciate it, there’s quite a learning curve.

Stretching you can think of as applying a force to the tissue in a single direction. The majority of stretching is done fairly statically. There’s the JAI stretch which works dynamically but still the force of a stretch is applied generally between the base of the penis just behind the glans. This is great, there’s lots of stuff that will be affected by that but tissue adapts to stress.

Jelqing is different. It’s a dynamic exercise that stresses above the point of the grip with internal pressure against the walls of the CCs and passes a wave of different forces up the shaft at the point of the grip with each stroke. You can think of it as a combination tenderising and internal pressure exercise.

Part of the problem with penis enlargement is gauging the right amount of stress to apply in the right manner at the right time to grow. For some reason and I wouldn’t say it’s obvious to me why this is the case, too much stress appears to be as bad as too little.

Why not start at the beginning? You were born with hands and a cock. Jelqing has been the only method in which I can honestly say worked and cemented my gains. It is like these vets are telling you. Listen and learn. Then grow some meat!!! :-)

If you go to the Thunder’s Place polls, you can see most of the people have attributed there gains to jelqing…

But don’t get me wrong. It’s more complex then you think. Stay at it and learn something nw every time you do it!
